Troubleshooting

Bot not responding?

  • Make sure the bot is in the channel
  • Check that it has permission to Read Messages, Send Messages, and Embed Links
  • Make sure your subscription is active
  • Try re-inviting the bot

X-Tracker not tracking an account?

  • Check if you reached your plan’s tracking limit
  • Ensure the account is public
  • Verify that your webhook channel still exists and is accessible
  • Try removing + re-adding the account

X-Checker returning incomplete or empty data?

  • The account may have rate-limited access
  • The profile might lack enough public content
  • Try scanning again after a few minutes

Following Manager dashboard not loading?

  • Make sure your X session cookies are properly configured
  • Try re-exporting cookies from your browser
  • Check that your X account is still logged in
  • Wait for cooldown if you recently ran a full scan (24h between scans)

Orbital Onchain returning errors?

  • Verify the wallet address or token address is correct
  • Ensure the address is a valid Solana address
  • Try again in a few moments if the network is congested

Alerts not appearing in Discord?

  • Verify the configured webhook URL
  • Confirm the bot still has permissions in the target channel
  • Ensure the server didn’t block embeds or webhooks

Can’t use a bot?

  • Make sure you have the Member role
  • Ensure you have admin permissions in your server
  • Rejoin our Discord if your role didn’t sync

”Your subscription has expired” message?

  • Your plan likely ended
  • Renew by messaging staff or by purchasing a new plan
  • Access will reactivate once the plan is confirmed

This happens when Discord desyncs.
Send us a message, we’ll verify payment and apply the role manually.

NFT verified but no role?

  • Try running /verify again
  • Ensure your wallet still holds the Orbital NFT
  • Contact support if the issue persists
