Account Information

When you activate or renew a plan, Orbital stores only:

• Your Discord ID
• Your chosen subscription tier
• Start and expiration dates

Payment Processing

Payments are handled entirely by MoonPay via hel.io (third-party).
Orbital does not:

• Store your payment information
• Process transactions internally
• Access your card / bank / wallet details

All payment data is collected and processed securely by the third-party provider.

Data Removal

You may request deletion of your Orbital bot data at any time.
Contact us via Discord and we will remove:

• Server-level configuration
• Bot settings
• User-specific logs

Security

We implement:

• Restricted internal access
• Secure storage
• Manual monitoring for suspicious activity
• Minimal data retention
