Terms

1. Access Requirements

  • You must have a Discord account
  • You must join the Orbital Discord server
  • Premium features require an active subscription or a verified Orbital NFT
  • Access roles (Users or NFT Holder) are personal and non-transferable

2. Fair Use Policy

You may not:

  • Abuse or spam commands
  • Overload bots or attempt rate-limit bypass
  • Use Orbital to harass, target, or harm individuals
  • Reverse-engineer or clone Orbital systems

Violation may result in access restrictions.

3. Authorized Use & Anti-Abuse

Orbital’s products, bots, and modules are licensed for personal use by the verified subscriber or NFT holder who unlocked access. Each account and role is tied to a single person. You may bring Orbital Bot into your own private Discord server to run modules (X-Com, Mirror, Community tools, On-chain, Security, X-Checker), that is expressly supported and is the intended use case.

You may not, without express written permission from Orbital:

  • Use Orbital Bot, modules, or dashboard features in a community server: one you operate for third parties, for commercial purposes, or to resell Orbital functionality to your members. Orbital products are licensed for private use in servers you personally control.
  • Share, sell, lease, pool, or rent your Orbital subscription, NFT-linked role, wallet signature, session, verification code, or any credential that grants access.
  • Link multiple identities, devices, or accounts to a single Orbital subscription or NFT in order to extend access beyond what one entitlement allows.
  • Impersonate another user, forge signatures, or use automated means to bypass Orbital’s access controls, quotas, or rate limits.
  • Extract, scrape, or redistribute data surfaced by Orbital (Feeds signals, X-Checker reports, on-chain analytics, feed content) to audiences that have not paid for access.
  • Use Orbital to commit fraud, launder funds, wash-trade, coordinate pump-and-dump schemes, deploy drainers, or carry out any illegal activity.

If you want to use Orbital inside a community, commercial project, or partner program, contact the team on Discord first so we can set up the appropriate authorization.

Enforcement

Orbital reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take any action we deem necessary to protect the platform, other users, and the integrity of the subscription/NFT-access model, including but not limited to:

  • Revoking your Discord roles, verified-wallet entries, dashboard access, and Telegram link.
  • Suspending or terminating your subscription or NFT-linked access, with no refund, pro-rated or otherwise.
  • Invalidating sessions, forcing re-verification, rotating bot tokens or webhook URLs tied to the abuse.
  • Banning you from the Orbital Discord server and blocking your wallet(s) from future verification.
  • Disabling bot functionality in guilds where Orbital Bot is being used outside its intended scope.
  • Reporting the activity to Discord, payment processors, law enforcement, or affected third parties where warranted.

Detection may be automated or manual (audit, community report). We do not owe an individual explanation before acting, and we are not liable for any inconvenience resulting from an anti-abuse action taken in good faith.

Compromised accounts should be reported on the Orbital Discord immediately; we will work with you in good faith to restore legitimate access while protecting the platform.

4. Billing, Renewals & Refunds

Payments

  • All payments are handled by MoonPay via hel.io
  • Orbital does not store or handle payment information

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Plan Expiration

  • Users receive reminders before their plan expires
  • Once expired, access to premium features pauses
  • You may renew by messaging us, or
  • Wait for your plan to end and purchase any plan when ready

Manual Renewals

Orbital does not automatically rebill users.
Renewal requires manual confirmation.

5. Beta Features

Some modules (e.g., X-Checker) may be launched in beta.
Features, limits, and performance may change as development continues.

6. Platform Dependencies

Orbital is not responsible for:

  • X/Twitter API changes
  • Discord outages or permission issues
  • Third-party rate limits
  • Service interruptions outside our control
