What is Orbital?

Orbital is automated bot infrastructure for web3: a unified platform combining Discord bots, Telegram integrations, and the web app at app.orbitalhq.xyz (Feeds, Dashboard, Following Manager). Products include X-Tracker, X-Checker, Following Manager, Orbital Onchain, Silo, and curated feeds like Early Caught Web3, Alpha Insights, X-Com Alerts, and more.

Do I need Discord to use Orbital?

A Discord account is required (auth + identity). The web app at app.orbitalhq.xyz works directly in your browser, and some tools (like X-Checker) are also available on Telegram. A Discord server of your own is only needed if you want to install Orbital Bot or X-Tracker to run modules and feeds inside that server.

How do I get access?

Join our Discord server, choose a subscription plan, and you’ll receive the Members role, unlocking the web app, Discord-side tools, and the ability to invite Orbital Bot to your own servers. Alternatively, mint an Orbital NFT for lifetime access.

How do payments work?

Payments are handled through MoonPay via hel.io.
Orbital does not store or process any payment data.

What about lifetime access via NFT?

Minting an Orbital Blind Box NFT grants lifetime access to Orbital tools. The tier of access depends on your NFT rarity. Mint is live at 6 SOL per box, 3 max per wallet. See Mint.

Is there a refund policy?

No. All sales are final.
Reminders are sent before your plan expires, and renewals are done manually.

Can I upgrade or switch plans?

Yes. Once your current plan ends, you can purchase any plan you want.

How do I renew my plan?

Send us a message on Discord.
There is no automatic rebilling.

Who can access X-Checker?

X-Checker is available for all Orbital subscribers (Users or NFT Holders), on Discord (inside the Orbital server) and on Telegram via @orbitalxyzbot.

How do I use X-Checker on Telegram?

  1. Open a conversation with @orbitalxyzbot.
  2. Use /sync and follow the instructions to link your Telegram account to your Discord subscription.
  3. Start using X-Checker commands in Telegram.

What is the Following Manager?

A web dashboard to analyze, categorize, filter, and monitor all your X followings. Get informed when they change handle, bio, gain followers, and more. Includes Pulse for X Post Tracking and Pulse Token Watchers for CA-mention alerts.

What is X Post Tracking (Pulse)?

Live for all Users & NFT Holders. Get a notification when the accounts you track post on X. Available through the Following Manager.

What are Pulse Token Watchers?

Per-user contract-address watchers that DM you the moment an allowlisted KOL tweets about a specific token. Paste a CA, optionally pin the watch to a short list of accounts (e.g. @elonmusk, @vitalikbuterin), and pick a cadence (5 min → 24 h). Up to 5 active watchers per user. Configure them in the Pulse panel inside the Following Manager.

What is Orbital Onchain?

The Solana blockchain analytics suite for Discord. Query wallet holdings, detect early buyers, find common holders between tokens, and view top holder visualizations.

What is Silo?

Silo is an AI agent you can embed in your Discord server. Mention @Silo and ask anything, live token prices, charts, X account analysis, crypto Twitter scans, on-chain data, moderation, and more. It uses tools autonomously to answer your requests through natural conversation. Currently in beta.

What are the feeds?

Feeds are curated channels available inside the Orbital Discord server. They include:

  • X-Tracker Feed - 100+ pre-selected accounts tracked for new follows
  • Early Caught Web3 Feed (beta) - Newly created project accounts on X (raw feed, AI refined over time)
  • Alpha Insights - AI-powered alpha scanner with confidence ratings
  • X-Com Alerts - X Community join/leave alerts for key accounts
  • CT Tracking Feed - Real-time notifications when curated CT accounts post on X
  • Orbital Mirror Feed - Telegram to Discord mirroring

What is OrbitalXCom?

A new way to catch trends before everyone else. Use /communities in X-Checker to see which X Communities a user has joined. Subscribe to the X-Com Alerts feed to get notified when key accounts join or leave communities.

What data do you store?

Only what’s necessary:

  • Discord ID
  • Subscription status
  • Bot settings

We do not store payment data, private messages, or sensitive personal info.

Is my data shared or sold?

No. Orbital does not sell or resell any user data.

Do the bots need special permissions?

Yes — usually:

  • Read/Send messages
  • Embed links
  • Manage webhooks (for X-Tracker)

Is Orbital safe?

Yes. We use minimal data storage, secured internal access, and third-party compliant payment processing.
