What is $ORBT?

$ORBT is the Orbital token on Robinhood Chain. It is a plain ERC-20 with two jobs inside the product. It pays for Orbital subscriptions at a 20% discount to the card price, and every token paid that way is burned in the same transaction. It also unlocks the product by itself: hold 5,000,000 $ORBT and everything is open without a subscription at all.

There is no staking requirement, no lock-up and no deposit. Holding is enough, and the tokens never leave your wallet.

The address is printed in full, never shortened. A truncated address is the easiest thing in the world for a lookalike token to imitate, and lookalikes with real liquidity are a live threat on this chain. What the contract cannot do, checked against the deployed bytecode rather than a promise:

  • No mint. Neither mint(address,uint256) nor mint(uint256) exists in the deployed code. Supply cannot grow, because there is no instruction that grows it. Not renounced, not time-locked — absent.
  • No owner. There is no owner() and no transferOwnership. Nobody holds admin rights over the token, so there is nothing to be seized, rugged or handed over.
  • No pause. No paused(), no freeze, no blacklist. Transfers cannot be switched off.
  • Burn is public. burn and burnFrom are present, which is how the subscription rail destroys what it collects.

Supply moves in exactly one direction, and that is a property of the code, not a policy anyone has to keep.
